To honor students who are engaging with REAL Tide (UA's Record of Engagement and Learning), the Division of Student Life publishes the REAL List after each fall and spring semester. Fall 2025 is the inaugural REAL List, and it includes the Top 100 Overall engaged students and the Top 25 for each engagement wave.

UA senior Jake O'Reilly won the design contest, and UA senior Reese Yarbrough of Alabaster, Alabama was selected as runner-up.
